Session 2: Preparing Your Clients in Sexual Harassment Claims

Presentation Objectives:

  1. Teaching tools for both client and attorneys: What is Sexual harassment in the workplace? Does the company have tools and training? Is there a protocol for anti-retaliation? Transforming the emotions into legal facts.
  2. When the stress response causes long term illness and life changing conditions: Diseases of the stress response. Proving the emotions causing stress related diseases: Timeline of health history, workman's comp evaluations, teaching the client to turn the emotions into facts.
  3. Clients avoidance and reluctance, becoming overwhelmed easily and how to teach the clients to overcome the conditions that may impede a lawsuit.
  4. How to design pamphlets, tools and techniques for both the attorney and what the attorney can give to their clients to move the client ahead in the legal process.
