Registration Rates

  • Fellow/Affiliate Member: $385
  • Student/First Year Post Graduate: $125
  • Non-Member: $650
  • Single day: $225

Registration Notes

The early registration deadline is October 25, 2016.  Registrations after the early deadline carry a $50 late fee.

  • All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
  • Please contact the host hotel for room reservations.
  • Membership for those who join at the conference will be valid until January 1, 2018.

Refunds due to cancellation

  • Cancellations on or before October 25, 2016: refund 90% of registration fees.
  • Beginning October 26, 2016: No refund due to cancellation.
