- Fellow/Affiliate Member: $385
- Student/First Year Post Graduate: $125
- Non-Member: $635
- Single day Fellow/Affiliate: $225
Registration Notes
- The early registration deadline is August 31, 2013. You may still register for the conference after the early deadline but you may be required to pay a higher registration rate.
- All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
- Please contact the host hotel for room reservations.
- Membership for those who join at the conference will be valid until January 1, 2014.
Refunds due to cancellation
- Cancellations prior to August 31, 2013: refund 90% of registration fees.
- Beginning September 1, 2013: No refund due to cancellation.
