  2026 Conference Planning Committee

  TAANA is seeking volunteers to serve on the 2026 Conference Planning Committee. The committee collaborates with staff to plan TAANA’s national meeting and educational programs, including helping shape the conference theme, reviewing and selecting sessions and speakers, and providing input on the overall schedule and attendee experience.

  Committee members will:

  • Participate in monthly virtual meetings (up to 1 hour), scheduled by consensus of the committee.
  • Commit an estimated 1 - 2 hours per month outside meetings, with increased activity in the 3 months prior to the conference.
  • Work collaboratively and respectfully, maintain confidentiality of proposal and planning discussions, and uphold TAANA’s mission and values.
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest (such as being a proposed speaker or having financial relationships with sponsors).

  Eligibility:

  • Open to TAANA members in good standing who are interested in advancing high-quality educational programming.
  • Term of service runs through the conclusion of the 2026 annual conference.
